NOHA HEFNY
FOUNDER & CEO
Founder and Owner, People of Impact, Noha is a purpose-driven leader with 23 years of experience. Through her vision, People of Impact, aims to empower 1 million globally through impact-centric media and storytelling. Previously, she was VP, Communications at ADNOC Distribution, Director, Corporate Affairs at PepsiCo, and Director, Communications at McKinsey & Company, Senior Consultant at UN Women, focusing on communications, public policy and government affairs, shared value creation and impact, particularly for women and youth. Her journey began at UNHCR, focusing on the international protection of refugees. Recognized as one of Asia’s 100 Power Women and Top 100 Women in Social Enterprise, Noha co-founded ventures like She is Arab and Lit-Creative, promoting women’s leadership and ethical marketing. As a multi-award-winning leader, published three times as co-author, and advisor, her mission throughout her journey is to advance human values, empower disadvantaged communities, and deliver positive impact worldwide.

She has a background in areas of education, social innovation, and advancing the UN SDGs. She is dedicated to using her experience as a catalyst for social change and enabling systems change for positive impact. She spends her personal time advocating for those without a voice, empowering activists and changemakers promoting youth development, diversity and inclusiveness, empowering disadvantaged communities, and protecting the dignity of children and youth globally.
She is dynamic and energetic, deeply passionate about creating positive change in the world, particularly in the realms of youth and girls’ engagement, education, innovation, and social justice. With over 15 years of experience in diverse areas and roles fostering collaborations in EMEA, I’ve dedicated my career to making a meaningful impact.
She believes in the power of collective action, through which we can shift narratives, change systems, and bridge existing equity gaps.
IRSHAD ALI KHAN
Head of Tech & IT
Irshad Ali Khan is a passionate Tech and AI professional, currently a researcher in AI at Dalian University of Technology, China. He has in depth knowledge and expertise in deep learning, a cutting-edge method in AI. Alongside his AI studies, Irshad has gained valuable experience in developing applications, as well as backend technologies. His proficiency extends to backend development, allowing him to architect and build robust and scalable server-side systems. Irshad’s diverse skill set in both frontend and backend development positions him as a versatile and well-rounded professional in the field of AI and software engineering.
Irshad’s commitment to continuous learning and innovation drives him to stay at the forefront of technological advancements, ensuring that he not only applies current best practices but also pioneers new methodologies and solutions in the ever-evolving tech landscape.
