Youth Leaders Accelerating Climate Action
On the Occasion of World Environment Day 2022,Peopleofimpact and TheDais are collaborating to bring the “Youth Leaders Accelerating Climate Action” Fireside Chat which aims to demonstrate the role of youth leaders accelerating action on SDG13-Climate Action.
This fireside chat will highlight the context of a changing climate and increased insecurity and threat that climate change poses to our future and youth-driven innovations and solutions.
The session will focus on:
-Highlight the different dimensions of SDG13 and the impact of climate change on people and planet.
– Share project examples and initiatives they have driven as youth to advance SDG13 and other interconnected SDGs
– Emphasize the role of different actors and the need for individual and collective action to drive for a more balanced and sustainable future and to inspire positive impact and action to tackle the climate crisis.
– Share their innovative ideas and solutions for building a more balanced and inclusive future focusing on climate change
